1. To place an Internet Order:   As with most Web Sites use the "Order Now" buttons for each item you wish to purchase.  Many items have options you can select in a drop down box.  Typically, the least expensive option is presented and changing the option selection will increase the price in the shopping cart to the advertised price.   When purchasing Displays we may need to have further discussions via email to get all the information needed to complete your order properly.  If you have any questions, please link off the bottom of any page on the Site to my email or call before you Check Out and incur charges.

2. Local Customers: Simply stop into one of our Retail Sales Points in the area.  Crown Trophy of Virginia Beach at the corner of Holland Rd. and Dam Neck Rd, Frame 'N Art at Lynnhaven North Shopping Center.  You will place and pick up your Orders at these locations.  Each Retail Point is well versed in helping you layout and develop the Military Display you desire.  All Products and Services shown on my Web Site are available through the Retail Sales Points.  Sit back...relax...and let these professionals take care of your Display and Product needs.

3. Shipping:  Shipping will be based on the Customer's selections during the Check Out Process.  Currently USPS Mail is the primary shipment Processor for our Web Site, however larger Displays which exceed the Mail Service size limits will ship UPS.  Charges are automatically calculated for the products you select using the USPS tables linked with our Shopping Cart.   We have no control on the shipping rates.  They are straight forward rates from Moyock, NC to your shipping address. 

4. Payment:  WE accept cash (when delivering), checks, money orders, and Credit Cards with online orders.  We do have in house Credit Card Processing.  If you are ordering a special project which cannot be purchased off the Web Site, we can take your information over the phone and complete the order for you.  All Internet Orders where Personal Check or Money Order is selected as the payment method will force a slight delay in shipping until the Check or Money Order arrives and clears.  All Checks and Money orders should be made out to J W Hamlin and be mailed to 131 Old Tulls Creek Road, Moyock, NC 27958.

5. Returns: All sales of wood displays are final once shipped.  We will do our best to work with a Customer under special circumstances.  Most of my products are straight forward and if you have any questions make sure we get a chance to help you out before you buy.  The wood displays are far too costly to ship to be playing show and tell through UPS or USPS.

  All special project sales are final.  We always warn my customers that sometimes ideas look really good on paper, but not so hot when built with wood.  Our designs are proven for durability and great presentation.  We will build for you to your specs (if it's possible in my shop)...but you own it.

  If any shipped wood displays or merchandise are damaged in shipping, we will take care of the problem as quick as possible.  It's only happened once in hundreds of shipments I've made. 

  Please, if you have any question or doubt about a purchasing decision...email or call me and I can help ease your mind and get you what you want.  I have many contacts in the Military Merchandise business.  If you desire something I cannot get or do not build, I will refer you to an associate that I know will do you a good job.
