As far as the presentation; the words were read by the M/C while I presented it to my wife. It was absolutely touching.

I hadn’t realized how many people have never even heard of the concept. We had to bring it to a Christmas party because so many people wanted to see it.

  Really glad to here your CH made it in time for the presentation.  All that FPO stuff makes me nervous when time is of the essence.  We produce between 100 and 150 Crystal Hearts any given year.  I personally attend 15 – 20 Ceremonies a year and the presentation of a Crystal Heart just never gets old.  I sincerely hope the CH will help preserve many years of memories for you and your family (that’s what it is really all about).

  I appreciate your reply.  I really appreciate the UPS folks getting your packages there without any damage.  As you know we took a real hit the week you ordered your wife's gifts and had to work our way through it all.  That was probably the busiest 2-3 weeks of my life.  It can get a little frustrating when you are working 7-8 projects at once and you grind away without getting to the end of some of them.  I won't  and I don't compromise the final product just to get something on the truck.  I apologize for being a few days later than I had scheduled for the ship date.

  Pass the good word for us up your way and let me know if there is anything else we can do for you.

  Thanks for the good words JT.  We are probably happier than you that it made it to Dallas in good shape and it's what you wanted.  We try to write pretty detailed descriptions, but I know it still takes a leap of faith and a lot of hope to order online.  We only build top quality products and only sell top quality products in our Ball Cap, Shirts etc. lines.  It just costs too much in shipping fees to send junk out and hope nobody will notice.  Your going to get the best we can build and the best we can buy every time.
